Utilizing my in-depth understanding of social work principles and evidence-based practices, I offer consultation services to individuals, families, organizations, or agencies seeking assistance with complex social and behavioral issues: homelessness, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Below are my core responsibilities as a consultant.

  • Program Development & Evaluation:
I collaborate with organizations to design, implement, and improve social programs that address community needs, enhance mental health services, and promote well-being. This involves developing program objectives, designing interventions, creating evaluation frameworks, and measuring outcomes. I assess the effectiveness of programs through outcome evaluation, using data analysis and research to measure impact and recommend improvements.

  • Training & Education:
I provide training workshops and seminars to staff, volunteers, and community members on topics such as cultural competency, trauma-informed care, and intervention techniques. These efforts strengthen organizational capacity and support the ongoing professional development of personnel.

  • Cultural Competence & Diversity:
Working with diverse populations requires cultural competence and sensitivity to how race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and socioeconomic status affect individual experiences and needs.

  • Policy Analysis & Advocacy:
I conduct policy analysis and research, and engage in advocacy to promote systemic changes that improve community well-being and support vulnerable populations.

  • Supervision & Support:
I provide supervision and mentorship to social workers and related professionals, supporting the development of clinical skills, upholding ethical standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Networking & Collaboration:
I build and maintain partnerships with professionals, organizations, and community stakeholders—including healthcare providers, educators, policymakers, and social workers—to address complex social issues through collective action.

I conduct psychosocial and mental health evaluations to support immigration relief. I provide expert testimony on clients’ psychological conditions, explain clinical findings, and address the emotional impact of deportation. I also support clients coping with the stress of immigration proceedings, particularly those with PTSD, anxiety, or depression linked to past trauma.
